A. Anything you see. You can order as little as one piece or as many as you like. Simply select the product, add it to your shopping cart, and we'll take care of the rest. If an order has been placed for an item that is currently out of stock or an order cannot be filled due to low stock, a ShopSickKids.com customer service representative will contact you shortly after you have placed your order.

Q. Where does my order come from and how does it get to me? What does it cost?

A. All orders paid online by credit card, cheque or money order are shipped FREE via DHL Canada Express directly from SickKids Foundation in Toronto. If you would like us to ship somewhere else, all you have to do is specify the location when placing your order online and we will deliver it accordingly. The final totals include all applicable taxes. All items ship out within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. Depending on location in and outside the GTA, shipping times may vary.

A. All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order. Shipping has been provided, FREE of charge, by DHL Canada.

Q. Why do I have to pay a $5.00 handling fee?

A. This nominal fee helps to offset administration costs associated with fulfilling your order.

A. “Mompreneurs” are women that own businesses which offer unique products catering to the young family. We currently offer a small selection of products that are created by Snapdragon Designs, Suetables, Muskoka Bedding and Toy Box Treasures. Their products deliver excellence in quality and workmanship, combined with creativity and flare by offering products and services exclusively for children, family and home. A portion of proceeds from the sale of SickKids "mompreneur" merchandise will be donated to SickKids Foundation for research, education and equipment at The Hospital for Sick Children.
