Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items are in process of being replenished in a timely fashion and based on suppliers' availability. For an accurate time line of delivery of out of stock items, please feel free to contact a ShopSickKids.com customer service representative at 416-813-6166. If an order has been placed for an item that is currently out of stock or an order cannot be filled due to stock, a ShopSickKids.com customer service representative will contact you shortly after you have placed your order.
Delivery
For orders paid by credit card, all stocked items are picked, packed and shipped via DHL Express Canada within 2 business days of receipt of order. Depending on locations in and outside the GTA, shipping times may vary.
Payment Method
You may pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheque or money order.
Cheque and money orders should be made payable to SickKids Foundation. Orders paid by cheque or money order will be shipped once the payment has been received by ShopSickKids.com via DHL Express Canada. Please mail all cheques and money orders to the ShopSickKids.com address:

All orders are shipped within 2 business days from when the order was placed, via DHL Canada Express.
Returns and Exhanges
All items are final sale; however, items can be exchanged for another size of the same product or product totaling only equal or lesser value.
All exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase with a valid Exchange Authorization Number. Please contact a ShopSickKids.com customer service representative for your Exchange Number. The exchange number is to be clearly labeled on the outside of the return package. All exchanged clothing must be in original condition. All shipping for exchanges to and from ShopSickKids.com is the responsibility of the buyer.
